About Rachel :

Rachel believes that Yoga can be a healing and transformational practice. She began her own journey into Yoga after many years of trauma, illness and chronic pain. She found that practicing yoga asana, pranayama, and meditation allowed her the opportunity to slow down, draw her attention inward, and find healing in her physical, emotional, and mental body.

Rachel teaches in the Deep Yoga style incorporating mantra, pranayama and meditation practices. She offers a safe space for students to move inward and find healing through moving meditation. She also incorporates Yoga Nidra and sound healing practices using crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other healing sounds

Rachel is a 500hr Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT). Alongside her Yoga trainings, Rachel received a degree as a Holistic Health Practitioner (HHP) and CMT from the International Professional School of Bodywork in San Diego, California. She specializes in Jin Shin Acutouch and Reiki. Rachel is also a certified Moon Mother, offering a safe space for women to find healing for trauma as a result of childbirth, illness, or abuse. She offers Womb Healings and Womb Blessings as a way for women to reconnect with the Divine Feminine and with their own sexual center (physically, emotionally, and spiritually).

  1. Hi Rachel,
I am Laura Lee. I met you initially a few years ago taking one of your classes at Ginseng. My husband, Scott, and I have practiced Acro with you and Jack at AR and we have also “bumped” into you in Jacumba at the Hot Springs. You mentioned this place in Boulevard to us but we have yet to come visit. I was recently at the Hot Springs and a woman named Becky approached me after noticing me practicing yoga asana on the grounds. She asked me if I knew about Liberty and proceeded to tell me how to find it. I asked her if she knew if the owner of the school was you but she didn’t seem to know. Then, I received this email from you! Clarity! I am very interested in attending this Retreat in May. Doesn’t look like my husband will be able to attend though. Meanwhile, we both would like to come for a day visit. Could we arrange this please?
    Namaste,
    Laura Lee
