Yoga & Meditation Day Retreat
This day will be filled with heart centered meditations, gentle bliss yoga, silent time, mindful nature walking, nature inspired art making & sound healing on multiple levels. This retreat day is perfect for the beginner or advanced student. Yoga practices will be gentle with an emphasis on the meditative qualities of yoga.
Lunch, tea and water provided. Bring extra snacks if you would like. Please do bring a pen and journal as well as a yoga mat. The practice room is well equipped with bolsters, blankets, straps and blocks for your practice. Wear comfortable clothes and bring layers.
